HEALTH & SAFETY
Please be advised that there will be elevated security measures in place for Gulf Coast Jam. Please carefully check the list of prohibited items and arrive very early to allow extra time for screening. All entrances will have metal detectors; please plan accordingly.
Gulf Coast Jam reserves the right, without refund to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive.
Attendees assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event.
Your safety is our top concern at Gulf Coast Jam. If you see something, say something to one of our team members on grounds or a Public Safety Official.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
What Happens if There is Inclement Weather
Gulf Coast Jam is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning in our festival radius, excessive wind, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Festival management is monitoring weather conditions and consulting the National Weather Service, as well as a private weather service, to ensure the safest event possible.
If an evacuation due to inclement weather becomes necessary fans will either be advised to temporarily seek shelter or that the festival is cancelled for the remainder of the day. This notification will be made by audio and video announcements from the stages, the Gulf Coast Jam Social Media, and through our texting platform. We recommend that fans visit our website for detailed instructions, maps, etc. Download before you arrive so they are available to you, even if you’re offline. We also recommend that all of our fans sign up for our Text Message platform, and actively follow our Social Media.
To allow the necessary time to safely evacuate the festival grounds, the evacuation notice may occur before any weather conditions are viewable. We request that all fans follow the directions of festival staff and local law enforcement.
WEATHER EVACUATION
If the Evacuation is Temporary, Seek Shelter
Please be advised that tents, the VIP viewing platforms, and temporary structures are not a safe places to seek shelter. Safe shelter instructions are below. Your designated shelter location is based on how you arrived at the festival. Festival staff will be available to assist you.
Fans who parked: Fans who parked will return to their vehicle to seek shelter. Routes to return to parking will be posted to assist you.
Fans that arrived by drop off or Rideshare: Fans that do not have access to a vehicle will seek shelter in Frank Brown Park Gym.
The entrance and routes are marked on the festival map and evacuation route signage will be available for assistance.
Fans with disabilities: Fans that may require additional time or assistance to evacuate are asked to find the nearest Gulf Coast Jam Staff Member or Security team.
They will our Handicap Runners to your location for further assistance. They will not have the ability to return you to your car. Please takes this into consideration when arriving at the festival.
In no scenario should fans go to a local Hotel Lobby during an evacuation.
After a Temporary Evacuation
When fans are advised to seek temporary shelter, our intent is to restart the festival if weather permits. Fans will be advised if/when it is safe to return to the festival. Fans will be given ample time to re-enter the grounds before music will resume.
If it is determined that, after a temporary evacuation, the festival is not able to re-start due to Inclement Weather, fans will be notified that the festival is cancelled and asked to exit the grounds for the remainder of the day.
WEATHER CANCELLATION
If the Festival is Cancelled Due to Weather
If the festival is cancelled for the remainder of the day, fans are asked to safely exit the festival grounds.
Fans who may not be able to easily exit may seek temporary shelter in Frank Brown Park Gym.
PERSONAL SAFETY PLAN
Prepare in Advance
All Gulf Coast Jam fans are asked to have a personal safety plan in place. Your personal safety plan should include:
✔️Reviewing the festival map in advance
✔️ Knowing your exits
✔️ Know where you are to go if shelter is required
✔️ Making a plan with everyone in your party on where to meet up in the event of a festival evacuation.
✔️ If you are parking on-site or at our off-site B parking lot, please remember where you parked. We recommend that you pack and leave extra water in your car.
✔️If you use a rideshare service or get dropped off at Dick’s Sporting Goods, note the route to Frank Brown Park Gym for shelter.
COVID COMPLIANCY
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. By attending Gulf Coast Jam, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and agree to waive all claims and potential claims against the City of Panama City Beach, Bay County, the State of Florida.

COVID PROTOCOLS
There will not be a requirement for attendees to be masked, vaccinated, or tested to attend Gulf Coast Jam. However, we do encourage fans to stay safe and will have increased sanitization stations throughout the festival.
STAY HYDRATED
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! You may bring in one empty reusable bottle into the festival. Refill throughout the day with water at the hydration station. Water & non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale at all concession stands.
DRUG & ALCOHOL USE
Our team at PCB Entertainment, LLC. strives to provide a fun and safe atmosphere at Gulf Coast Jam. It is your job to be responsible while having a good time. Underage drinking is prohibited as well as drugs of any kind (incl. cannabis, cannabis products). If you plan to drink alcohol on grounds, please also keep hydrated. The water station is FREE, utilize that option!
LOCK IT UP
While there will be security onsite, Gulf Coast Jam cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. When leaving your vehicle, please take valuables with you and lock your vehicle.
SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
Employees, contractors, vendors, artists, and guests are encouraged to report any interaction that makes them uncomfortable in any way. If you see something, say something. Security exists for the safety and well-being of all Gulf Coast Jam participants. Flag down the nearest staff member, medical professional, or security guard if anything feels out of place or suspicious.
